Kitchen ceiling in pub.
« on: April 05, 2007, 04:34:25 pm »
Hello.
I have been asked today to look at and price up a pub kitchen ceiling.  The landlord stopped me in town and said that he just wants it cleaned really well.

I know the pub pretty well and I can imagine that the ceiling in question is very dirty.  It will mostly be grease and oil residue from off the cookers.  Anyone here have any good tips for the removal of said dirt and grime.  Being a window cleaners and a drive cleaner this is a bit new to me but work is work at the end of the day.
Any advice or tips will be received with much appreciation.
Thanks
Ant

Ant,

Go to www.dynamic-chemicals.co.uk, they do a product called `Catersan` which you could apply to the ceiling with one of those floor cleaner sponge/mops. ;)
