Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

Meant to say that its obviously just the rendering that's to be cleaned.

Nice easy job , allow a day and have an early finish , doesn’t look dirty in the pictures but sometimes pictures can be deceiving , make sure all windows are shut and all vehicles are out of the way , job done

Its not too bad just a few stains under the window sills etc.
So what would you charge?

Job to see from the pictures but we would be in the region of £400-600 minimum for that . 3 bed semi starts from £350 and we are flat out all the time

To give me some idea whether I could get that here in the West of Scotland can you tell me what part of the country are you based?
It seems to be organic staining.

That’s excellent pricing.
I’ve got two booked in next week, 2 bed cladded house at £220 and a 4 bed rendered house at £280, both will only take 3 hours or so.
