IICRC Carpet Cleaning Qualification

IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician Course

Date: 19th-20th February 2013

Price: £199.00 + VAT

Venue: National Flood School, Farnham, Surrey

This two day course teaches students the essentials of carpet cleaning.

Through a series of lectures and videos, students will cover the 5 main carpet cleaning techniques and also discuss the latest equipment on the market. This course provides an excellent founding in the subject of carpet cleaning and is taught by an expert instructor who is also a carpet cleaner by trade.

The course content includes: Fibre content, Carpet construction, Carpet dying, Carpet protectors, Cleaning methods, Chemistry of cleaning, Soiling, PH scale, Spotting, Safety, Deodorization.

At the end of the course, students will sit the IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) examination to gain the internationally recognised IICRC qualification, there is a £40 fee payable to the IICRC on the day.

from what i remmeber its £199 +vat for the course then you get charged £40 by IICRC for the exam, don't think there was vat on that part.

Yes £199 plus vat so that works out just short of £240
The exam is £40 on top of this

Excellent value if you want to get into flood restoration, bad value if you don't.

Some on here had the hypocrisy to say that about NCCA and IICRC but then joined TACCA.
