we have bought 8 of these machines this year they are fantastic for the office cleans low in height for getting under the office desks yet a good weight for the carpets, used in conjunction with solution number 2 they work a treat, (you owe me a pint nick)   even our dumbest ccs that work for us on the contract side can operate these within 30 minutes, i am a chemspec distributor but these impress me more and more every time we use them
