SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.1) THIS IS A RECURRENT PROCUREMENT: No.
VI.2) CONTRACT RELATED TO A PROJECT AND/OR PROGRAMME FINANCED BY EU
FUNDS: No.
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Pre-Qualification Questionnaires will
be despatched from w/c 8.12.2008 and must be returned no later than
28.1.2009. Shortlisted candidates will be issued with tender documentation
w/c 9.2.2009 and a school visit will be arranged for 25.2.2009, where
tenderers will have the opportunity to tour the site and meet with the
relevant staff.
The contract will be a 52 week contract, however bidders should allow for
a 2 week shutdown, providing minimal staffing only during the 2nd and 3rd
weeks of the school main summer holiday.
Potential bidders should be aware that TUPE will apply to this contract.
Full details of the current staff will be provided with the tender
documentation.
