What are you trying to connect to the prefilters? Hoses/15mm pipe/half inch pipe?

If your 3/4" thread is male, you'll need one of these:
https://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pump-hose/hose-fittings-adapters/john-guest-fittings/1-2-fittings/john-guest-outside-tap-a-to-a-push-fit-adapter.html

If it's female you'll need a combination of:
https://gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/all-products/pump-hose/hose-fittings-adapters/john-guest-fittings/1-2-fittings/john-guest-1-2-push-in-fitting-to-1-2-male-screw-bspt-thread.html
and one of these (you can find them cheaper, this is just to show what you need):
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-4-Bsp-Male-to-1-2-Bsp-Female-Nickel-Plated-Reducing-Bush-Pneumatic-Adapter/120702255069?hash=item1c1a6a3fdd:g:qJgAAOSwd4tUJBLI:rk:2:pf:1&frcectupt=true

I'm assuming you're trying to connect to 1/2" John Guest pipe.

Alternatively, if you already have fittings but they are leaky, try PTFE tape.  Disassemble the joint then three or four times round the male thread should stop 90% of leaks.

If that doesn't fix it, go for the nuclear option and  try plumber's blue: https://www.wolseley.co.uk/product/center-center-jet-blue-plus-500-g/

Just disassemble the joint, smear the blue onto the exposed male thread and reassemble. Never fails. Ever.
