Hi there,

You should be aware that the TERMS & CONDITIONS thread, is just that, they are your terms of trading, that particular document is now more than a few years old now, and would need updating.

A legally binding contract would cost about £1600 to put together for standard office cleaning.

Yes I know you can get them off the net for about £40, but if you ever need to take a client to court, or even worse, they take you to court.........

Regards,

Rob
A world of difference....

Hi Owen,

There are many forms of degree in Law. Is your degree specific in Contract Law.

My wife has a degree in Law, but not contract Law.

Just intersted.

Why? Apart from they look good! nothing else about them L200 wins hands down.

I speak from experience. Better groung clearance. Engine probs = 0 Reliability =100%

Navara = complete pain in the rear. I have had 2 new ones. Engines fail all the time. Ground clearance is crap! Only good thing about them is looks. I wish the l200 had the shell of the Navara + the interior design.

I wish the Navera was relaible and they sorted out their engine isses!

Dave

A normal LL.B law degree, probably like your wife's. This included (at the time) six compulsary elements as specified by the Law Soiety. One of these was a year of contract law.

I don't think you'd be able to do an undergraduate degree in purely contrat law because you need the gounding before you can specialise, usually with an LL.M.

Hi Owen,

Yes you are correct! My wife's degree is the same, which I did not know until checking with her, So yes looks like you covered it.

I also learnt something about the degree as well.

I do not have a degree as I am not so intelegent. I am a lesser mortal.

cheers
