After nearly 9 months of various issues i am now looking to fully launch our brand of colour sealing onto the market - We have been able to get through the REACH compliance minefield etc. and have set up an ecommerce site which is now up and running (
www.csigrout.com). My next stage is to educate people on the benefits of colour sealing & get the product into the market.
As nearly everyone on the forum is my potential target market i have questions that i hope people can respond to so that we pitch, & more importantly support, everything right from the start.
My questions are simple:
In the states it is known as Colour Sealing - Is this the right name for over here or should we look at something like grout colouring or grout sealing
In addition to pricing and support what else do you guys need? Would bespoke marketing material help in promoting this service?
Would on-line training be sufficient or would you prefer hands on?
When you are looking to increase your service offerings to your clients what are your key selling points (Innovation, Price, Latest technology etc.)
Your input would be appreciated and would not be forgotten!
