I am pleased to say that this little dispute is now settled all the offending posts have been removed all parties are now happy.  Let normal service resume!!!

He certainly did. What a top guy Kevin is. Thank you. I picked it up from the Post Office yesterday and I'm going to have a go when I can get everyone out of the kitchen  ;)

Just a quick question. Haven't opened the pots but 'm guessing I need to mix resin and hardener then apply. What kind of proportions of resin/hardener should I use?

Take enough of the grey resin to fill the hole and then about a 1/8th of the amount of hardener compared to the resin and mix.  Here is a link to an article I wrote back in April on the tileandstoneblog showing you how to do it step by step.

I know it's been a long time but I wanted to give some post-grout feedback.

Kevin's magic formula worked a treat and has now been in place for over 3 weeks.

I did a little test. I filled the two chips but I didn't tell my wife that I'd done them. The repair is almost invisible. Tonight she finally noticed and said "Did you fix those chips?" which prompted me to do this post.

Thanks Kevin for helping me out free of charge and with a kind heart. I hope I can return the favour some time soon :)
