Sorry me again. I have just been asked to price up a communal area of two blocks of six flats. Not seen them yet eith a view to the size , but what hrly rate woukd be good for this? I dont want to be seen as greedy but equally I dont want to chsrge my £11.. domestic hrly rate. Thanks in advance.
