I'm in the process of securing a new builders clean contract. I'm used to doing and pricing EOT cleans, and need to price up this new one for the building company. The site comprises 2 bed houses, average size, both beds en suite. Could anyone give me an idea of what they are currently charging and how long it takes. Very much appreciated.
