Title: Something different (reach for the sky!)
Post by: Smudger on September 10, 2018, 06:26:38 pm: Ok, the celebrations for the Battle of Britain are happening at the end of this week and we undertook one of our more unusual jobs..!

It was a great little job !

Anyone else have pictures of unusual items (or famous) they would like to show

We cleaned this for a customer today , have also done a few aircraft including helicopters for a local theam park but don’t have any pictures of that unfortunately

Keeping the theme.

Interesting back story to his plane, it had an engine blow out and decommissioned. It’s now been converted into a beauty salon.

We managed with the steps..... just.

Could have done with a spider like yours really.
It was a nice change of pace for the day.

i used to go to a lot of airshows - that looks like the air atlantique plane that used to do shows and air tours

Did you just use WFP on the plane or did you pre spray first ? if so what did you use if you dont mind me asking,
We have been asked to quote and clean two planes one a 150 ft replica and the other full size passenger plane.

we pre spray and scrub with TFR using pole and and backpacks

Is it me but that Concorde doesn’t look very big😳 is the the angle of the photo or a scaled down mock up ?

its a half size model it used to be outside Heathrow airport, i have already agreed to clean the full size Concorde they have on site
