Title: missing windows?
Post by: Dick on September 26, 2006, 03:41:47 pm
What do you do when unable to clean all windows, like the back when you've done the front, because of something in the way like building materials or just unable to gain access. Do you still charge the same, as you've still had to travel to get there, or do you make an allowance for windows not cleaned?
Just a thought, as I generally don't charge the full price, but as I'm now getting wiser to things like unpaid accounts etc, I think I should be a bit harder and make a full charge, after all most people say that's it's hard to get a window cleaner, so supply and demand must come into play.
Cheers guys

I usually knock a bit off, but not quite what it's worth.

Say, if a house had 10 windows at £10 and I couldn't do 3 of them, it's £8.
