I agreed. It nice and simple.
I was thinking of having loads of picture of myself cleaning windows with wfp and have a bright blue background. But I might just keep it simple with 1 or 2 pictures.
Did you make it yourself?

the thought comes to mind again do we/you really need a website, and/or do you really need more than one page. still they are cheap enough to run. do we really benifit from them?

Do websites work everyone, how many customers on average do you get directly from a website,... as there are monthly fees and one off fees etc to own a w/site... is it profitable,?
just curious.

I have had my website for about 7 years. Its just another form of advertising ( www.windowcleaner1.co.uk ) I have had a few people contact me through my web site. Even 2 from America.
The best 1 was a person e mailed me from America asking me if I could clean his Mums windows 2 miles away from me

DavidX,
Go to the home page, scroll down till you get to the Members List, click on that, then click on Website, and you'll have all the members with websites listed.
Happy browsing!

I do that cheers Davie

I find I get a few customers calling from finding my website. But I also find it useful for online payments. Also alot of people checkout my website when I have done a flyer drop to see in more detail what we do before calling for a quote.

Yes I did make it myself. Would be happy to assist anyone with theirs if they need any help.
Websites do work, but only if you market them... Sometimes I advertise on Google Adwords, which means I pay a certain amount per click - but this has worked well in the past.
I would say that I've spent about £30 in 3 months on marketing the site on adwords and have picked up about £400 worth of work from it.
