Funny you should bring that topic up. I went to a customers house today i have already told her she will be told in advance if anyone else will be working for me. Anyway yesterday she heard a clatter against her window frame, so she walked into the living room and theres this guy just finished cleaning her windows. While she had been in shower he had done all the others (no bathroom window). So she went out to him and she said she had not asked him to clean the windows she already had indow cleaner. This guy said oh i have wrong address (right mate whatever) but cause you did not tell me sooner you have to pay £8 i normally charge £4. So what did she do she chased him with a mop
