I like the industry the way it is without needless regulation, why suggest that i like deaths, cant you understand the point i am trying to make, what have you got against new training, your new to this forum are you connected to anything that we ahve been discussing, get the feeling you have vested interests?

Again, reveal yourself!

I am sure everyone can now make up there on minds, but that is the problems with forums a little info and your qualified to run the industry, I dont come on here to attact just inject some realism, like it or not, but I am sure you can make up your own minds. I will come back from time to time to make sure we all keep it real ;)

I am for an independent but govt sponsored training body - they do it in the construction industry - if, according to churchill insurance, we are in the most dangerous of occupations, then money should be on the table to give free or subsidised training
The existing training may be good but that would only be by happy coincidence

You could maybe start something via business link or whatever you local service is called
But please do not end up like so many trainers in all industries who think that they just have to charm a room full of hopeful people and then ask them to split up into groups of four and do a flip chart...arrrggghhh!

I would like some scrim training ;D ;D.
Seriously , if some one would have offered training when i first started i would have gone on the course like a shot.
I could do with some wfp training .And see if i could learn any more shortcuts with the squeegie even though i am good .
I still am amazed when i think of something quicker and think why did i not think of that before .
Even after 7+ years i am still learning.
so if there was any other courses i would seriously consider them.
I may also go on the remaining courses at the bwca ,but i think i may not be welcome .

Well I would like to address you with your real name instead of the fake name you hide behind. If you was serious then you would use your real name and maybe get a serious answers/debate.

Also best to get the facts right before you accuse people of stuff they dont do ie Phil Hanson does not run/own this forum. Also I Dont think its a good idea calling Ironic system owners Sheep either.

Many Thanks

I am back to keep it real ;)

Firstly never did get a answers to my questions, so have enclosed below, kettle and black spring to mind with regards to sheep clothing with you behind fake name, it would all so seem that you don’t know the first thing about this forum run by Philip Hanson?, yes you are so well informed about are industry and it would seem many of your relpys on here to your post, don’t take you serious

Fantastic response so far!  How can you keep them away? !!!

I confess....
I still need a bit of Potty training.
It's a boy thing

The thought police are coming for you, my boy 8) 8) 8) 8)

Train me how to pull supermodels.

Pride comes before a crash >:(

AND

Given that the only training courses on the market are run by Ionics/ BWCAWrong

IOSH training courses by the Fed which is now comulsory to be a member.

I thought about the possibility of starting my own training courses.

OK so what qualified you to be instructor?

When the HSE meet with representatives from our organization,
who are they going to meet? Well it looks like, the Fed, BWCA and PWC. Not really representative!

Wrong there will be a Window Cleaning Company

Knowing that the HSE are into training, I'm sure that with only one very well protected commercial company actively training, this may cause concern.

Wrong more than one

Joh Conroy (my real name ;))

http://www.nfmwgc.com/documents/Application_July05.pdf

Fed application form is this real enough...

no mention of IOSH course as a condition to join

it states section (2) page 2 in very small print that one must be attended within 12 months of joining.
Do they push this point ???
first I,ve seen of it...
