Aworka

I have a DD with Aworka. I added a new user around two weeks ago and today, 30 minutes before I go on holiday I'm locked out because I haven't paid an invoice that was received on 27th July which as I said is paid by DD anyway. What an atrocious way to treat customers.

Having used Aworka with multiple accounts for some years now and always had excellent service from Chris Powell I suspect this is some sort of technical 'glitch'.

Whenever I've contacted Chris he has responded within a couple of hours at the most and quickly resolved any issues I might have.

Have you not used it for 2 weeks?

Yes it has.

Thanks.

So, in that case what features does CP have that Aworka doesn't? It also looks like Aworka has GoCardless integration. So, what are we getting for the extra £20 a month that CP is, or the 300% price difference?

I'm not sure now. I trailed CP twice but it's been some time ago now. I pay £100 pa upfront which is superb valve.
The GoCardless feature is included in that price. I would speak to Chris at Aworka.

All sorted now but I had to leave for my holiday with no access leaving two vans to work. Luckily I had printed worksheets for today. No warning at all and my account was in actually in credit. I'm not happy and will seek a non cloud based solution on my return.

Re: quick replies from Chris - yes that's generally true and in my opinion it's a better tool than CP but I had a very stressful start to my holiday which should have been avoided.
