Post by: Terry A on July 06, 2018, 03:11:44 pm
Not used one for a while but renewed my license as I have a few jobs need doing.
Can anyone tell me what they are paying for a day rate and of course price of delivery.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on what you want

Nifty lift 12 meter is from £80 a day - manually push into place or a spider lift that is tracked and get them up to 23 meters with really good outreach at £250 a day

Delivery is usually spend at on how far from depot the job is on average I’d say £60 ew

We're hiring a 21m truck mount for a commercial job tomorrow (Sunday, start 7am). It's £350 +VAT for the day which includes the operator.
Orion Access we use. They're based in Dartford and come out to us in Berkshire.

Whose that with please?  I rented one for a couple of weeks which was reasonable but I find if you want one for a day, the delivery alone each way is over £200
