North Leeds. All within a 5 mile radius.
Average price per job £20.
4 weekly and 8 weekly work
Can easily compete all work in 10 days.
£1,500  4 weekly.
All wfp (no trad at all).
Asking for 8x
No time wasters please.

Im looking at buying a round in the Leeds area. Can you provide me with some info on the areas in North Leeds.

Based around yeadon, guieseley and horsforth. A good mix of small and large houses.
