What type of fabric is it?

If it's not too bad I tend to use Pure Clean.

I tend always recommend a reapplying Protector but use an acid rinse.

Don't worry about it, just clean it as normal. An acid rinse goes in your solution tank to nuetralise the prespray and protector need an acid side on the fabric to make it stick.

As Mike says just clean as normal.
You will prob find that the high traffic areas are no longer protected, you should see that the back and sides will bead once pre-spray is applied. Make sure you explain to the customer the benefits of re- applying
