What's the difference between that and these phoenix companies that purposely go bust leaving creditors with huge losses, only for them to start trading in the same place with the same co, but a slightly different name.

It's sickening that those who took the risks and took the profits for 10 years get us to pay the price of their greediness when it all goes wrong. >:(

A mate of mine did walk out with the goods when he left the vouchers on the counter, but security guards stopped him and police were called.
he wasn`t arrested but it was close.
He has to do the same as you.

As I said "It would never go anywhere" and any copper with more than 4 weeks in the job would know that it would be impossible to prove the elements needed to get a conviction. So it would be a total waste of time and effort chasing it.
