Title: using your data base

I have building mine up since i started keeping records of all the quotes i have done and keeping customer records of all the jobs i have been given.

what is the best  ways in your opinion to use your data base.  to keep in touch with custys

Richard,

Depending upon how you run your business, I would prompt/remind my customers via postcards. Give them dates when work was last carried out. Similar with Commercial Clients, diffrent style of card.

Customers never remember (95% at least) when their carpets were cleaned last, so keep up the reminders and you will keep them from "straying".

As Gary says, on a six monthly cycle..............try to dangle a carrot ( so to speak )
