terrazzo question

i do some maintenance,just mopping some communal areas,is there a chemical which works well
also im doing a deep clean soon,i used qmt stoneclean with my17 inch rotary with a scrubbing pad
the result was minimal,should i be using something stronger and perhaps a different pad

If it has stayed polished then it can't be that bad.  Do they want it repolished as well?  What is GMT Stoneclean?  Can you explain exactly what you did the first time in the process that failed.

Well now we know the problem!!!  An acid based cleaner has been used on an Acid Sensitive floor???
