johns not daft, i would guess theres a bit less on offer in this sale than the last.

£450k is a bargain, buy it, relocate it to the midlands, push training and chems and bingo, double your turnover. anyone want to chip in with me? ;D

Last advert was including freeholds of all the premises, I believe john owns all the units on that industrial estate.
That's why this is half previous price.

Hydramasters main strengh is their people and I couldnt see them move to middle England.

£450,000!! way over the mark IMO. For such a niche industry that is selling less tm's all the time....

That money would be better invested in several bars, cafes, resturants, fast food joints etc all with managers. The investor would be a silent partner (60%), let the managers run the show for 40%.

just out of interest what do you mean 'selling less truck mounts all the time'

Do you think the truckmount is becoming a thing of the past, or is there more competition taking a slice of 'Hydramaster's' share of the market?

Converted to pounds thats only £4,600 very cheap for a new TM. Wish we could get new TM's for that money here.

I have concerns about relieability for some reason, likes theres alot to go wrong?

A bit like my Spitfire and its successsor the Boxxer. I have been told the Spitfire is more realiable because it was more basic and has less to go wrong.

thats just over 31 litres per min, more suited to pressure washing,
unless that is its max, and can also drop to around 2-300

Its an ETM   !  I was waiting for some of the TM guys to call it a big metal porty , but they must approve     :)

Its 4 vac motors in series/parallel  (  two 650 airwatt electro motors in series with two 600 airwatt two stages )
Why the onboard generator  ,  partly as another option when cords are not practical and also because its a hassle for the americans to run 4 vacs circuit wise , would work out better here on 230v .
Heat is via propane burner .

I used to have a bane very simple machine served me better than any other machine I've ever had I also had an additional vac blower added and running 2 leads from the house to the van wasn't always easy.

Two cords at most ...   two three stages are 7.5 amps each  , the two two stages are 6.5 each and the pumptec is about 1.5
I'd say it would perform a good bit better than the bane ,  figures are 350cfm and 14hg .
according the website they plan to build the bane style van heated tanks also .

Doubt if it will reach these shores , very small company , i'd say we will get the Mytee escape plus though which uses the same motors .

The bane was under powered compared to a petrol tm and the pump was IMO too small but it was one hell of a work horse never really cost me anything in down time or repair I wish they would up date it.

yes ,  a lot of examples of it on youtube seem to early development versions .. first a small two vac , then a tall headed quad ... they seem to have settles on a quad
Two cords ...  @ 230v   ...  not sure if they would have to adjust slightly for ce approval etc
