An excellent show, lots of freebies and special offers :D

The short lectures  where very informative, I was very   impressed with Alan Simmons 30min spot, often these little talks are just glorified sales pitched for whatever the speaker wants to sell but Alan’s was very informative and gave real ideas that anyone could Implement ( even without buying what he has to sell) I always thought ‘get booked up’ was just software for sending out reminder emails  but it’s so much more.

I noticed a few small lightweight rotaries being sold which I took an interest in as I hate carrying a full size rotary up stairs :( :(  including a couple of battery operated rotaries ( orbit)  that looked very convenient to use.

I would have liked to see a couple of truckmount on show as I think portable were heavily in evidence and I did think that I could have jumped in a time machine travelled  back 25yrs and the show would have looked almost the same, no real mind blowing innovation

Good show, little innovation, except Ocean Fresh sanitizer from Restormate.

The best part is seeing other like minded industry professionals.

You should try the Cleanfix FloorMac ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyFmo8XoGJU) with the green brush Mike. Superb for the agitation of pre-sprays on domestics and is an absolute doddle to use on stairs.  Also use it to encap on small commercial jobs.

The slim is a cool looking well built  thing   , if its 2000 in the USA it will probably be around that here too .  not sure if id use it much though  , i dont use the fullsize orbital i got as much as i thought .
Fould the floormac a bit light in use  ... dont use that .   Im getting much more use out of my TM3 since i fiitted medium brushes ... use that every day , the stiffer brushes are way better for typical bedroom carpet sock fluff or grotty stairs or anything that needs a good scrub imo .
Picking up a taski duo tomorrow  ...  the extra speed should be great at times .

It’s an expensive bit of kit...

Any piece of equipment with a rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery is going to be expensive.  You pay for the battery!!!  Hypergrinder have just launched the Battery Operated Maxi Orbit it is a £1K more to have the LI Battery but it has a 4 Hour Charge Time, A 5 Hour Run Time and it is guaranteed for 10 Years.

The 11" Pads are a little dear as well compared to ours
