Only been scotland once, back in 2000 and  went fort william and did the big climb!
So saturday afternoon we were bored n thought lets go scotland. 5hrs later were up in Ayr to spend a night n day there.
My wife's not been scotland b4, now she likes it and was looking at houses to rent or buy!!    Lol asked me about cleaning houses n starting rounds up in scotland.
😂😂  told her no way, with what guys on here supposedly make n stress with liscences n what nots 😯😯
Saw plenty of dirty windows though !!

I went to Ayr for a day whilst on a weeks holiday in scotland in May.  Nice place, some great shops there too.  Love scotland go atleast once a year now.

I don't remember any of the Scottish lads giving out details of what they make on here, it's usually all the billy big times that give out that info.  Perhaps you meant what some of us charge per house? which is a totally different kettle of fish.

my wife is a jock we have a flat up there which we rent out she wants to retire back home but not much chance I once looked into starting a round but they are almost all tenaments  unless you travel  it is up in Glasgow nice place we are always up visiting

I almost went to Scotland last weekend. I could see it in the distance. Had a look at the Roman Army museums along Hadrian's wall and did the via ferrata in the Lake District.

Very interesting. Very exciting.

I sometimes muse about having a little "occasional" round well away from home that I could come up towing the caravan and do a working holiday from but then reality kicks in. I don't want a busman's holiday really.

Many caravan sites weed out commercial vehicles so as to deter the "travelling community" from tipping up and crying "foul" when refused entry.

And my white van and caravan would look just like the travelling community tipping up!

Maybe not - my van and caravan are too old for any self respecting Gypsy to use.

Haha it reminds me of a family holiday when my kids were young. They went on stage for a game and when all the kids (all the kids on the stage) one by one when they got asked where they are from all said England 😂😂😂😂😂😂
