Commercial Pricing
« on: April 21, 2013, 12:45:21 pm »
Hi need some advice please.
At the moment I do mostly residential but I have been asked to price up some commercial jobs ie shops and takeaways. How do commercial prices differ from residential prices? I am based in Cumbria. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Yeah, go in at your normal hourly rate, and add on a few quid  ;)

if you've been asked in go with your own prices cos they obviousely need someone, im in kendal & only do a few offices in town everything else is dirt cheap, ok if you have loads though
