where can i buy one of these?

I've asked b4 but not found one yet.

I need to get one of these or a whole flow restrictor with the lot.

My first replie is:

unscrew the whole thing and get a 1/2" BS threded to !/4" push fit then a 1/4x1/4x1/4 T?
