Generally we use a flat mop system, lightly prsray small area's of floor with  mild diluted floor cleaner (lemon Gel), then flat mop. Laminate floors generaly come with a seal, not like we know floor seal, but as most of it is MDF it is pretreated. You should not have to seal and polish it. If it is a customers floor always ask for the name of the manufacturer and check their recomended maintanance routine. Searching round the web finds loads of handy info.
Always do your homework first!
Hope this helps
