supermarket windows, where to write for work?

Dear all,

I'm really trying to expand into commercial work but it's so difficult.  If i want supermarket window do i write to the head office or to each supermarket.  Who has the final say for the windows?

I think that you should go in and see each shop manager in turn , where I live  Quick Save have a firm from 30 miles away that do all of there shops, Iceland have a local window , each shop has its own way of doing it  Cool
