local clener selling part of round worth 175 per month asking 8oo pounds is that acceptable

I wouldn't pay £300 for it never mind £800. There's tons of work out there. Use your money to get some leaflets printed (I didn't even do that, I just produced a flyer on my PC and printed some off!).

You'll pick up more than £150 worth in a days canvassing.
I got around £150 worth of new business this week from people asking me in the street at other jobs.
Choose your area carefully and you'll be quids in! Wink
