Posted by Dynafoam (Dynafoam), 11 February 2004Steve,
I'll admit to using the Sebo for domestics.
I have a Victor D9 (tub vac) with electric brush-head, which does a superior job, but takes up more valuable van-space.
Posted by Robert_O (Robert Olifent), 11 February 2004Kirbys are great vacs and very powerful, but forget the ancillary carpet shampoo attachments. If used purely as a pre vac then I think it's hard to beat.
Posted by Robert_O (Robert Olifent), 11 February 2004Forgot to mention, Great vacuum, but over priced!
You may get a good deal on a second hand one though.

Posted by squeaky (squeaky), 12 February 2004Vorwerk , excellent machines and in my opinion as good as a Kirby but cheaper and easier to use.
Posted by Drytech (Steve_B), 12 February 2004Thanks guys.
Just ordered a sebo from the clean machine.
It always pays to ask!
