what can i claim against tax

hi people.....

ive just started window cleaning about 6 months ago, and havnt yet had to do my end of year accounts Huh

please can you /anyone let me know exactly what i can or cant claim for...

i want to do this right and be above board on everything, therefore if im declaring everything then i need to be able to claim back my entitled stuff at the same time.
i have my own house with a dedicated office, i also have two cars, one is just for work the other for the family and going out several evenings a weeks(that bits irrelevent)...

so then please inspire me and help me. Wink
