How do you lot price stairs up do you charge a set amount or per stair?

Normal household stairs

£2 a step

I price em £15 or £16 per 12 to 14 steps.
Usualy they only take ten mins although some of them can be a pain in the ar**.
Swings and roundabouts.
Commercial steps I charge £25 a run of 12 to 14 steps.

Like i said £2 per step so a normal residential stairs would be £26.oo


I LOVE DOING STAIRS  Grin

For a normal h/s/l ie. small squre hallway as u walk in and average landing works out at £35.00
