What can you use to stop ladders digging into wet grass and leaving little divets?Posted by STEVE71163 (Steve Lowe), 19 November 2003
Hi,
You can buy something called a Rojak stopper from most cleaning suppliers
Hope this helps

I would want the ladder to dig in a bit, no chance of the ladder sliding away at the bottom.Posted by fez (fez), 19 November 2003
Me too, it feels much safer when the ladders stuck in a little bit. I've never had a complaint, you just have to do it carefully.Posted by Ken (Ken), 19 November 2003
We used to call these "excaliladders" because sometimes the ladder went in so far only the pure in heart could get it back out! Posted by pw (pw), 19 November 2003
try a small plank of wood thats what i have used on new turfPosted by STEVE71163 (Steve Lowe), 19 November 2003
The trouble with letting your ladder dig in is if a customer has new turf you could end up with a big bill
