Have a problem...

did a clean + carpets in a letting situation. the flat was left with everything in it including stuff in the freezer and fridge...

the lady who did the clean for me put everything in black sacks and left it all in the hall...

The food has obviously defrosted, seeped through the sack and into the carpet, tried to clean but got limited results, has the water taken dye from the sacks into the carpet?
is it now permenant?
any ideas?

there is now a dark stain left in what I think is a synthetic carpet (not polyprop)
